Our Story
Capital Invest Australia was established in 1996 as a privately owned family business.
Before moving into property, the family behind Capital Invest operated substantial manufacturing businesses. That background still shapes how we approach property today.
We understand industrial buildings not only as owners, but from an occupier’s perspective as well. Factory access, truck movements, power supply, yard space, building maintenance and the practical realities of running a business from a site: we have dealt with these issues first-hand, and it informs how we develop and manage our own properties.
That same hands-on, practical approach carries through everything we do today.
Who We Are Today
Capital Invest Australia is a privately owned family property investment and management business. We are long-term property owners, not a third party real estate agency or property management business. Our focus is the ownership, management, development and long-term growth of our industrial property portfolio.
How We Operate
We manage our properties directly, with a small in-house team overseeing leasing, tenant relationships, maintenance, improvements and property development, without relying on external managing agents. That gives us close, direct relationships with our tenants and hands-on oversight of every property we own.
